Who May Use This Service?
The
bus is available to Waseca County residents without access to reliable
transportation, for rides to local medical appointments and to take care
of necessary personal business.

Go?
- Doctor, dentist, etc
- Business
- Shopping
- Congregate meal site
- Senior citizen, social, school activities
- Local visiting
- Out of town for medical appointments or for necessary services not
available locally
What is the
Cost?
Riders are encouraged to contribute toward the cost of
the ride, and what their budget allows. Contributions are used for the
operation of the program. Continuation of the program will depend on
contributions.
Volunteer drivers are reimbursed 55 cents per mile
with a $5.50 minimum. Donations towards this cost are appreciated.
For local bus rides - we hope to average $4.00 per round trip.
Group Rental for Recreational
Use
Bus or van charges when used for non-medical purposes
will be billed at $1.00 per mile (25 mile minimum) plus $16 per hour
(1 hour minimum).
Who Provides the
Rides?
The 17 passenger bus with lift, and mini van with wheel
chair lift and responsible licensed volunteer drivers who are registered
with the Program.

- Janesville - Tuesdays or by request
- New Richland - Thursdays or by request
Transportation for medical appointments are provided anytime.
