Minnesota Valley Action Council COVID-19 Update for Tax Clinic

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All Tax Clinics are postponed!
We are not able to take on any new returns at this time. If you would like to file you own taxes please go to https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/free-electronic-filing
Click on “2019 Certified free file software” to find the websites that are available to help with tax filing. If you have any questions, contact Crystal at 507-345-2426 or cdomeier@mnvac.org.

Minnesota Valley Action Council is accepting RFQ’s for HVAC and electrical work for the Weatherization Assistance Program.  Please contact Kris Perendy at 507-345-2434 to request an RFQ and the general Instructions. Minnesota Valley Action Council encourages M/WBE, and Labor Surplus Area Firms to apply.  All RFQ responses must be received by Minnesota Valley Action Council by 5:00 PM on June 5, 2020.  Late RFQs will not be considered.

Bulk Suppliers

Applications are now available for the Energy Assistance Program that runs from September 2019 through July 2020. The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) helps low income households pay a portion of their heating and electric bills. This program is available to both individuals and families who are income eligible.
