Internship Opportunities

MVAC is a Community Action Agency. It is a private, non-profit organization. For more than 30 years MVAC has served as a bridge between poverty and self-sufficiency. MVAC serves people of any age, race, color, sex, national origin or disability.

MVAC provides a range of services to all age groups. Some services help people meet basic human needs. Basic human needs are things like food, clothing, housing and heat. Other services provide support and help with gaining and retaining employment; yet other services work with long range planning. Most of the people served are from financially disadvantaged households.

MVAC provides services in Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan Counties.
