Accountant – Mankato

Responsibilities include:

Responsible to perform fiscal activities at professional level in Fund Accounting System.  Prepares/maintains account and financial records/reports/invoices accurately and timely. Adhere to controls, accounting and fund principles and budgets.  Liaison between MVAC and the South Central Workforce Council.  Requires proficient Microsoft user and min. of 2 yrs. exp. in Fund Accounting  and computerized accounting software.  40 hrs./wk. $17.31/hr. benefit compensation for health insurance, includes pd. holidays & vac. and sick leave.  Submit cover letter, resume & application to MVAC HR, 706 N.  Victory Dr., Mankato, MN 56001 or apply online at www.mnvac.org. by January 8, 2021.  MVAC is an EEO/AA Employer.
