Food Service Assistant – Mankato, MN

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for overseeing the preparation, delivery, and service of meals for enrolled Head Start children. Manage relationships with food service vendors and perform administrative tasks in support of the food service operation including documentation and maintenance of records. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with families, partners, coworkers, and supervisors. Bilingual beneficial. 35 hours per week. $16.57 per hour with degree or $15.88 per hour with no degree.  Health insurance is offered, and benefits include paid holidays and vacation. Serv Safe Certification or Nutrition/Dietetics or related degree is preferred. Requires strong communication and organizational skills. Submit application to MVAC HR, 706 N.
