Food Service Assistant – Mankato, MN

Responsibilities include:

The Food Service Assistant is responsible for overseeing the preparation, delivery of food service and required documentation in compliance with program requirements for enrolled children.  Collaborate with Health and Nutrition Advisor and classroom staff to deliver nutritious meals and snacks for Head Start classes.  Develop and maintain professional working relationships with families, partners, coworkers, and supervisors. Preferred background in food service or nutrition. 40 hours/week. $17.50 with a degree or $16.77 with no degree. Requires communication and organizational skills.
