Head Start Mentor Coach – Mankato

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for providing coaching to classroom or home visiting staff following the Practice-Based Coaching model, including individual and group coaching.  Responsible for providing professional development opportunities to classroom and/or home visiting staff through pre-service and in-service training.  Responsible for developing and maintaining professional working relationships with families, co-workers, community partners and other service providers. BS degree in early childhood or related degree required. 2 yrs. experience in early childhood environments preferred.  Bilingual beneficial. 35 hrs. a week; 10-month annual position based out of Mankato.   $20.67/hour Health insurance is offered, and benefits include paid holidays and vacation. Submit cover letter, resume & application to MVAC HR, 706 N.
