Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

Provide project management for all agency rehabilitation programs, including single family housing, commercial buildings and rental housing.  Create and foster relationships with area contractors performing rehabilitation work for the agency.  Maintain all required licenses and certifications for the position.Provide project management on all agency rehabilitation programs ensuring work is completed in a timely and acceptable manner. Have knowledge of all rehabilitation programs requirements.  Maintain required licenses and certifications.
