South Central MN Project Community Connect (PCC) is a free, one-stop resource event that helps low-income households access education, employment, food, health, housing, legal, recreational and transportation services.  The goal of the PCC is to improve people’s lives by offering avenues for them to increase their income and access to resources, health services and leisure activities.  This one-day event is held in Mankato.
