Costume Parade – 5:00 PM (starts at Police Station)
Trunk or Treat – 5:30 PM (in front of Armstrong)
Halloween Party – 5:30–7:00 PM (Armstrong School)
Cost: $2.00 per child Ages: Birth–6th Grade (must be accompanied by an adult)
